Packaging labeling
DECLARATION ACCORDING TO EU DIRECTIVE UE 2018/852 2018/852
TUBIFICIO LOMBARDO SRL declares the mandatory information according to EU Directive 2018/852 implemented in Italy by the Legislative Decree n. 116/2020, concerning packages used at its Italian plants.
The labelling requirement has been absolved by providing the following table in which are summarized the packaging and, for each one, typology and specific code according to Decision EC 97/129.
In accordance with DM Mase Nr. 360 of 09/28/2022, below is the list of packaging used for our products. The packaging consists of several materials. See the table below and verify your city's regulations for proper separate waste collection.
